EVANGELIST JOYCE RASCOE-SAVAGE is a person of determination. With a spirit of excitement, expectancy and excellence, life's journey keeps her pursuing "Kingdom Greatness" at any cost. Her motto: "It's All About Him."

 

She is in Covenant Agreement with Covenant Fellowship Church, where she serves as an Associate Minister under the leadership of her Pastor, Bishop Designate Kevin R. White. Under his leadership, the Lord gave her the assignment of establishing various ministries where she serves her Pastor, the Ministerial Staff and Church faithfully. Those ministries include the Pulpit Ministry, New Disciples Ministry, Single's Ministry and the Senior's Ministry of which she was assigned to teach and oversee. Currently she is an Advisor to the Women's Ministry, the Director of Fellowship and Hospitality Ministry and Ministry Coordinator and various ministries and church assigned projects for Kingdom Building.

 

With a passion for Women's Ministry, God has used Minister Rascoe-Savage to assist other churches in establishing their Women's Ministries. She has been a midwife for other women in ministry for their pursuit of purpose and God establishing ministries. 

 

Minister Rascoe-Savage's journey began at the School of Ministry in Norfolk, Virginia as well as  Providence Bible College and Theological Seminary in Norfolk, Virginia. She is pursuing a degree in Biblical Studies with a goal of further study in Women's Ministries. In conjunction with that, she is also pursuing certification and a license in Christian Counseling with the American Association of Christian Counselors.
